Warwick email account is provided to all the users which they can access from anywhere in the world using a wide range of devices and platforms.
Step 1: Go to your Email (webmail – warwick.ac.uk/mymail)
Step 2: Microsoft Office 365 has been given to the staff and students which includes the calender, contacts and task management, as well as mailing lists, email relays and mass mailing services.

About Warwick moodle

Moodle is the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE); a web platform designed specifically to support the delivery of teaching and learning materials and activities.

Moodle gives you a more simple, user-friendly set of tools for creating consistent web pages for every module within a course or department, and also to use those web pages to deliver information and learning activities.

The VLE allows access for the users at their convenient 24/7 anywhere, anytime access for learning resources and activities to be collected into one online location.

Moodle offers a number of interactive activities that include forums, wikis, quizzes, surveys, chat and peer-to-peer activities for the users. Also the users will have the opportunity to share resources, work and learn together.

There is mix of multimedia content including text, images, audio, video and interactive learning objects in the Moodle page.

Supports fully on-line courses or blended learning approaches to augment face-to-face courses. Collects learning resources and activities into one location.
Provides a number of activities including forums, wikis, quizzes, surveys, chat and peer-to-peer activities. Tools to support development of high quality and pedagogically valuable courses. Provides fully featured assignment management tools including support for Turnitin plagiarism detection, off-line grading, group assignments and anonymous marking. University modules appear in Moodle with students automatically enrolled.

About Warwick library

Warwick also has a library consisting of all the books, journals required by the users and they can do library search which allows you to find books, articles, journals, databases, films and more plus unique local resources from the Modern Records Centre and Warwick Digital Collections.

Library is a purpose as a service for the University and wider community, the areas in which our activities and resources are prioritized, and the values that support the way we work to support the University’s strategic goals beyond the Library.

About Warwick tabula

There is a tool to support the administration of teaching and learning in academic departments in the University which is known as Tabula. It helps with both the academic and administrative staff manage the student information such as personal profiles, seminar allocation, personal tutor/supervisor allocations and meetings, attendance recording and marks management.

Tabula merges with SITS, departmental data sources, My Warwick, SiteBuilder and Moodle. It extracts data in from central systems and departments, allows you to manage that data and then enable you to access it at the correct time, in the format that you need. For example, the students also use Tabula to upload their assignments.

Start.Warwick is kind of a personalised home page which is used to gather all your resources into one place such as introduction to gadgets, building up your news feeds, creating quick links, searching the library catalogue, and finding your way round campus.

Participants will gain the know-how to use Start.Warwick to be more organised in their research at Warwick.

MyWarwick is a dedicated space on our website for current students. We developed these web pages as a direct result of our students feedback around communications at the University.
